TRANSPORT

The cost of the service for the 2026–2027 school year will be £1,148.00. Payments can be made via ParentPay or standing order. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required. The remaining balance can either be paid in full or in eight equal instalments of £131.00, commencing on 1 September 2026 and ending on 1 April 2027. Please note that all monthly payments must be made by the 1st of each month following the initial deposit payment.

Parents or carers who pay their Council Tax to Wiltshire Council are encouraged to submit an application to the Council (See bottom of page) to determine whether their child may be eligible for home-to-school transport assistance. Eligibility is assessed in line with Wiltshire Council's transport policy and individual circumstances, so making an application will allow the Council to review the details and confirm whether support can be provided. Applications for Wiltshire Council home-to-school transport should only be made by families whose home address falls within Wiltshire Council's area.

 

Parents or carers who live in Swindon and pay their Council Tax to Swindon Borough Council should apply through the school's separate process if they wish to secure a place on the school's private bus service.
