From September 2026 the new day structure will be as follows
8.30–8.35: Line up and travel to iLearn
8.35–8.45: Registration, mobile collection, pastoral checks
8.45–9.40: Period 1
9.40–10.35: Period 2
10.35–10.55: Break
10.55–11.50: Period 3
11.50–12.45: Period 4
12.45–13.35: Lunch/Enrichment
13.35–14.30: Period 5
14.30–15.00: Period 6 – iLearn/PDT/Reading/Assembly
15.00-15.55: Period 7 Twilights for Sixth Form or Boosters for Years 10 and 11
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – some Sixth Form lessons will be scheduled from 3:00pm to 4:00pm to enable more in-depth study. A wide variety of enrichment activities take place at the end of the School day.
Total hours provided in a typical week – 32.5
The official end time for a compulsory school day is 3.00pm
